Tandem Massage (4 Hands!)
With this unique massage, you’ll have two Massage Therapists working together to provide a truly relaxing experience.
In tandem massage, therapists seamlessly integrate “mirror” and “asynchronous” techniques. With mirror massage, therapists work in exact unison with each stroke. When working asynchronously, therapists work in a complementary way. For example, one therapist may focus on relaxing your neck while the other works on your feet.
This is an amazing experience for anyone that has a hard time relaxing or simply wants to enjoy the deep relaxation that a 4 handed massage brings!

Sports massage utilizes Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques specifically adapted to address the effects of intense physical training. Deep stretches are used to ease stiffness and pain in muscles and joints, and to increase mobility. The massage will be customized to your specific sport and focus on those areas that are overworked and stressed from repetitive use.
This modality is used both before and after athletic training and events, and may help enhance athletic performance by keeping muscles at their peak flexibility and strength. It also enhances recovery time between events and assists in preventing injuries.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth heated stones are placed at key points, such as acupressure points, under and on the body. The direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to deeper muscle layers. Your therapist will then use heated stones in gentle sweeping motions to help relax you mentally and physically. Benefits of this massage include:
- Encouraging blood flow throughout the entire body.
- Relieving chronic pain.
- Easing muscle stiffness.
- Reducing stress.
- Promoting deep relaxation.

How much should I tip my massage therapist?
This is one of the most common questions we’re asked. It’s just like tipping your waiter at a restaurant. 15-20% is the standard amount.
Where should I leave my tip?
When you check out at the front desk after your session, you may leave gratuity in a “tip envelope” and we’ll make sure your massage therapist promptly receives it.
